Ten hours of online, over the phone, or in-person consultation for families looking for support in multiple areas. Every meeting includes a follow-up email report on what was discussed + recommendations for next steps or resources. Topics are personalized to each family, but may include:

  • Navigating state agencies + school districts

  • Stress management + self-care

  • Low-demand parenting + lifestyle

For families only looking for a brief consultation on one specific area, or for families that need ongoing help but cannot commit to a larger block of time, this option includes a 1 hour phone call + follow-up email report on what was discussed + recommendations for next steps or resources.
